Keeping Up with Doctor Appointments

I’m terrible at keeping up with my doctor appointments.  It’s not the doctor appointments.  I mean, when I have an appointment, I make keep it.  It’s the making of the appointment that’s so bad.  If I don’t get the appointment while I’m at the doctor, I’ll be forever and day making one later.

Prednisone Packs on the Weight

Since my visit to the ER in June, when they put me back on 40 mg of prednisone, (that would be about 2 months time) I’ve put on 20 pounds.  Egads…
What I couldn’t figure out is why it seemed like my tummy (abdomen) was so bloated all the time – then, it looked as though
